Onboarding Flowella
Welcome to Flowella! This guide will walk you through the complete setup process to get your WhatsApp Business and HubSpot integration up and running.
PREREQUISITES
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A valid WhatsApp Business Account
- A HubSpot Account with appropriate permissions
- Access to your Meta Business Account
ONBOARDING STEPS
STEP 1: ENTER YOUR CREDENTIALS
Navigate to https://app.flowella.io/onboarding and begin your setup journey.
What you'll do:
- Enter your email address
- Create a secure password
- Verify your account details
Tip: Use a strong password to keep your account secure.
STEP 2: CONNECT YOUR META ACCOUNT
Integrate your WhatsApp Business Account through Meta.
What you'll do:
- Click on "Connect Meta Account"
- Authorize Flowella to access your Meta Business Account
- Select the WhatsApp Business Account you want to use
- Grant necessary permissions for messaging
Important: Ensure you have admin access to your Meta Business Account before proceeding.
STEP 3: CONNECT YOUR HUBSPOT ACCOUNT
Link your HubSpot account to enable seamless CRM integration.
What you'll do:
- Click on "Connect HubSpot Account"
- Log in to your HubSpot account
- Review and accept the requested permissions
- Authorize Flowella to access your HubSpot data
Tip: You'll need Super Admin or similar permissions in HubSpot to complete this step.
STEP 4: CREATE YOUR FIRST INTEGRATION
Now for the exciting part! Create your first HubSpot form and Meta template & flow.
Follow the steps and test your created Meta Template & Flow on your device.
