What is Flowella?

Flowella is a SaaS platform that lets marketers turn their existing forms into interactive WhatsApp Flows, then pushes every response straight back into their systems such as HubSpot. In plain terms: you keep using the tools you already love to capture and store data, and Flowella gives you a fast, friendly WhatsApp experience on top.

Why Flowella exists

How Flowella works at a high level

Flowella sits between your marketing stack and the WhatsApp Business Platform.

  1. Connect Flowella to HubSpot
    You authorise Flowella to talk to your HubSpot portal. This allows Flowella to read the forms, properties and objects you choose, and submit data back into HubSpot when a WhatsApp Flow is completed.

  2. Link your WhatsApp Business setup
    Flowella works with the official Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. You configure your WhatsApp sender and templates as usual, then use Flowella to power the form experience inside WhatsApp.

  3. Map your existing forms to WhatsApp Flows
    You pick a form or object in HubSpot and use Flowella to create a matching WhatsApp Flow. Questions, options and validation are aligned with your existing data model.

  4. Publish and share
    Once your Flow is ready and approved, you can use it from entry points such as WhatsApp ads, links, QR codes, chatbots or agent replies.

  5. Data flows back automatically
    When a customer completes the WhatsApp Flow, Flowella submits the responses to HubSpot. That can trigger any workflows, scoring rules or automations you already have in place.
