Notifications are alerts from Flowella about things that need your attention, such as a template approval, a drop in WhatsApp quality or a failed payment. The Notifications page shows “Workspace alerts for your account in this organization.” Each member of the organisation gets their own copy of each notification. Which notifications you see depends on your Notification preferences, and whether you have read them is tracked for you alone.

Open your notifications

  • Select Notifications in the left sidebar, under Operate.
  • Or select the bell icon at the top of the app. The badge shows how many unread notifications you have in this organisation. The bell panel lists your 10 latest notifications; select View all to open the Notifications page.
The Notifications page lists 20 notifications at a time, newest first. Use Previous and Next to move between pages. Each row shows the title, the message, when it arrived and the event name, such as Template approved. Unread notifications have a New badge.

Read and clear notifications

  1. Select a notification to open it. Flowella marks it as read.
  2. The notification shows its full message, when it arrived and when you read it. Template notifications have a View templates button. An export notification has a Download export button.
  3. To open the notification on its own page, select Open full page.
To clear the unread badges in one go, select Mark all read:
  • On the Notifications page, it marks every notification in this organisation as read.
  • In the bell panel, it marks all your notifications as read, in every organisation you belong to.
The Download export link works for one hour after the export is ready. If it has expired, run the export again from Results.

Email notifications

Some events are also sent by email, to the address you sign in with. Choose which events email you on Notification preferences. Some important alerts, such as Payment failed, always arrive both in-app and by email.

How long notifications are kept

Flowella keeps notifications for 90 days, then removes them. System messages, such as announcements from Flowella, don’t expire.
If a teammate keeps missing template approvals, ask them to tick Email for Template approved on Notification preferences. The in-app alert is always on.
