Before you begin, confirm you have:
- HubSpot: Super Admin access, or permission to install marketplace apps and manage integrations and workflows.
- Meta / Facebook Business: Admin access to your Business Manager and a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA). If you don’t have one yet, you can create it during setup.
- Payment method: Meta requires a Visa or Mastercard on your Business account for WhatsApp conversation charges. You’ll add this during the Meta step.
- Phone number: Either an existing mobile or landline (you must be able to receive a text or call to validate it), or a Meta-provided number.
Create your Flowella account
Go to app.flowella.io and click Create account.Enter your email address and a secure password, then click Create account to continue.
Start the guided setup
After signing in, you’ll land on the Welcome to Flowella! screen.Click Continue Setup to begin the guided onboarding flow.
Connect your Meta (WhatsApp Business) account
On the Meta Authentication screen, click Connect WhatsApp Business.You’ll be redirected to Facebook to grant Flowella access. Work through the following screens:Step 3a — Navigate the Facebook screensStep 3b — Add a payment methodOnce your account is connected, you’ll see “You’re now ready to chat with people on WhatsApp”.Click Add payment method to attach a card for WhatsApp conversation charges, then click Finish.

You’ll see a screen describing the permissions Flowella will use. Click Get Started to continue.
Connect HubSpot
After Meta, Flowella will prompt you to connect your HubSpot account via OAuth.
- On the OAuth Bridge screen, click Sign in to your HubSpot account (or create a new account if you don’t have one yet).
- On the Choose an account screen, select the correct HubSpot portal and click Choose Account.
- On the Grant permissions screen, review the scopes requested by Flowella and click Connect app.

On the Choose Your Setup Approach screen, select how you want to build your first flow:
Quick Start Templates
Start with a pre-built configuration. The Marketing Outreach template (popular) lets you send a compliant campaign flow using approved templates. Additional templates — Identity Verification, Contact Details Refresh, and Event Registration — are coming soon.Select a template to auto-provision a sample configuration. You can edit questions, template variables, and property mappings after setup.
